All clients to register for the two-factor authentication (2FA). 2FA helps you further secure your account to minimise the risk of your account being compromised.
Password Management
- Secure your personal email account registered with Penguin Securities by enabling at least 2FA, using a strong password, and updating it regularly.
- Use unique, strong passwords for each platform to reduce the risk of account compromise in the event of a breach.
- Longer passwords offer better protection. Aim for complexity by combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using personal information or easily guessed patterns (e.g., keyboard sequences) in your passwords.
- Do not store login credentials in web browsers, as this increases vulnerability to malware and phishing attacks.
- Only enter login credentials on trusted platforms. Never input your credentials on unfamiliar or suspicious websites.
